Return Policy Vallée d’Or

At Vallée d’Or, you always have the option to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. Below you’ll find exactly how the process works.

Return Conditions

You may open the shipping box to inspect your order. However, the product itself must not be used or activated. The contents must be 100% complete and undamaged.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

How to Return a Product

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service by emailing info.valleedor@gmail.com.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return form with detailed instructions. This form is required to process your return correctly.

Providing a reason for the return is optional, but it helps us handle the process more quickly and efficiently. The return address will be stated on the form.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Did something go wrong on our end, or did your product arrive damaged? Please contact us  we’ll make sure to offer an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your purchase amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 business days.

The original shipping costs will also be refunded, but only for the standard shipping option. Any additional shipping services selected at checkout are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Used or opened car perfumes cannot be returned.

Damaged items must be reported to our customer service within a reasonable period. We’ll assist you in finding a solution.

Did you receive free products with your order? In that case, the full order including the free items must be returned.
If we do not receive the free items back, your return will not be accepted.

What’s the difference between Saváge Embere and Noir Bombé, and which one is right for me?

How to use the Vallée d’Or car perfume?

  1. Remove the grid (vent clip cover) on the back of the holder.
  2. Take out the empty fragrance membrane from the holder.
  3. Insert the new fragrance membrane into the holder, with the aluminum side facing upwards. Pull the aluminum strip through the opening in the grid and click the grid back into place.
  4. Carefully remove the protective foil without damaging the membrane.
  5. Click the clip into the correct position on the holder.
  6. Attach the holder to your car’s air vent.
  7. Use your car's ventilation system to adjust the fragrance intensity.
  8. Done! Drive with class.
